NEUROBIOLOGY
By definition, neurobiology is the biology of the nervous system. It is the general concept that deals with anatomy, chemistry, biology, and physiology. Because the brain is the central part of the nervous system, understanding neurobiology is critical in advancing knowledge about psychiatry. Many branches and careers have branched off of neurobiology.
